WhatsApp launches Guest Calling without requiring an account

WhatsApp has launched Guest Calling, letting people join voice and video calls through a shared link without an account or app download. Calls are free, end-to-end encrypted and support up to 32 participants, with no time limits. Only WhatsApp account holders can create call links, and guests wait in a virtual waiting room until the host admits them. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integration is coming later this year.
