Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund terms for advisory services and digital products.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel a purchase or request a refund for services purchased through productgrowth.in ("the Platform"), operated by Product Growth AI. All payments are processed via Razorpay.

By purchasing any service on the Platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Services & Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Updated pricing will be reflected on the Platform before new purchases. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Consulting Engagements

  • Before work commencement: You may cancel at any time before the project kickoff meeting or before any deliverables have been started. Full refund will be issued.
  • After work commencement: If you wish to cancel after the project has begun, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of deliverables completed. Work already delivered or in progress will be billed at the proportional rate.
  • Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel an engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund for any undelivered portion of the service.

2.2 Free Services

No payment is collected for free services (growth audit calls, internship program). You may cancel a scheduled call at any time by emailing hello@productgrowth.in or using the meeting cancellation link in your confirmation email.

2.3 Digital Products & Content

Digital products (including reports, templates, guides, and similar downloadable or electronically delivered content) are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, as they cannot be "returned."

2.4 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email us at hello@productgrowth.in with:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Service purchased and date of purchase
  • Razorpay transaction/payment ID (if available)
  • Reason for cancellation

We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 48 hours.

  1. Submit request: Email hello@productgrowth.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, email, transaction ID, and reason.
  2. Review: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Approval & processing: If approved, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  4. Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days from the date of refund initiation. The exact timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary
  3. If you still haven't received the refund, email us at hello@productgrowth.in with your Razorpay refund ID, and we will investigate with Razorpay

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in additional fees and delays. We are committed to resolving payment disputes amicably and promptly.

5. International Payments

For payments made in currencies other than INR:

  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment
  • Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original transaction rate. Any difference in exchange rate is not covered by us
  • International transaction fees charged by your bank are non-refundable by us

6. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
