Delete your account

One account opens Kriyā, Intelligence, Beacon, Listen and the daily brief. Deleting it deletes it for all of them. You can do it here, on your account page, or in the Kriyā app.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, settings.
• Your chats and sessions in Kriyā, Intelligence and Beacon, and Beacon watches.
• Your Listen episodes, saved library and history.
• Your plans and trials, and your referral code.
• Your place on the daily email list.
• Usage logs tied to your account.
• The sign-in itself. Signing in again later makes a new, empty account.

What is kept

• Invoices for payments you made. Indian GST law makes us keep them for 72 months after that year's annual return. They stay on file, no longer linked to any account.
• Payment records at Razorpay, which Razorpay keeps under its own rules.

Before you delete

• If you have an auto-pay running, cancel it first under Billing on /account/. Deletion is refused while an auto-pay can still charge your card.
• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Not signed in?

1. Open productgrowth.in/account/ and sign in with the email or Google account you use.
2. Come back to this page, or scroll to the bottom of your account page.
3. Type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Cannot sign in any more? Use the email link (we send a confirmation link to the address), or write to hello@productgrowth.in from that address. We delete it within 7 days.
