NCLT stays BYJU'S insolvency bidding; BCCI settlement remains unresolved

The National Company Law Tribunal stayed BYJU'S insolvency bidding until August 31 as creditors can't agree on a ₹158-crore BCCI settlement, per ET Tech. For founders: even unicorn exits are messy when unit economics collapse—edtech profitability is now a prerequisite for any secondary market, not optional.
