Zetwerk IPO early backers book 38.3X returns

Kae Capital Fund II and Kalysta Capital Fund II earned 38.3X returns on shares sold in Zetwerk's IPO, priced at ₹151 per share. Lightspeed pocketed around ₹440 crore and Peak XV realised ₹359.3 crore across its funds. Cofounders Amrit Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan collectively pocketed around ₹423 crore while keeping sizeable holdings. The IPO closed with 3.06X subscription.
