Samsung Electronics to buy 1.27 trillion won worth of shares in TCL China from Samsung Display

Samsung Electronics said in a filing on Friday that it will buy 1.27 trillion won ($948.39 million) worth of shares in TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co. Ltd from Samsung Display. The transaction moves the stake between two Samsung group entities.
