[Update] CCI Clears Navi’s $100 Mn Investment From Prosus

The Competition Commission of India cleared Prosus's $100 Mn (over ₹955 Cr) investment in Sachin Bansal-led fintech Navi on 30 October, giving it a minority interest in the IPO-bound company. It is Navi's first institutional capital raise. The valuation, stake size and use of funds were not disclosed. The deal reportedly revives plans for a ₹3,000 Cr IPO.
