Razorpay has received SEBI's approval for an IPO to raise ₹5,000-6,000 Cr at a reported valuation of about $5 Bn, with listing expected between January and March 2027. Its core payments business is EBITDA profitable. Inc42 estimates the 0.4% MDR on large UPI transactions could add ₹192-461 Cr in annual revenue, or 15-36% of FY25 gross profit, depending on bank revenue-sharing and merchant negotiations.
