Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Product Growth AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we offer a full refund. This policy ensures our clients have peace of mind when engaging our advisory services. All refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

Refunds are available for any of our services purchased, including advisory packages and consulting engagements, within 14 days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, clients must provide written notification of their intent to cancel and the reason for dissatisfaction with our services.

To request a refund, clients should contact our support team at contact@productgrowth.in with their order details and reason for the refund request. Once a request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Services can be cancelled anytime by written request. If cancelled within 14 days of purchase and before service delivery has commenced, a full refund will be issued. If work has already begun, the refund will be prorated based on the services rendered and completed work.

Refunds may not be available if services have been fully delivered and executed, or if customized work has been completed beyond initial consultation phases. We also reserve the right to decline refunds for requests outside the 14-day window unless exceptional circumstances warrant consideration.
