These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website productgrowth.in, its associated products, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Product Growth AI ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in India.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain features may require you to create an account or sign in via third-party authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In). When you create an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Service fees are displayed on the Platform in Indian Rupees (INR) and/or US Dollars (USD) as applicable. All prices are inclusive of or exclusive of GST as stated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregator authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. By making a payment, you agree to:
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay. Payment links may be shared via razorpay.me/@productgrowthai.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email. This serves as your receipt. Formal tax invoices (with GST details, SAC codes, and applicable tax breakdowns) will be issued for all paid services.
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the amount will typically be auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the reversal, contact us at hello@productgrowth.in with your transaction ID, and we will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue.
All applicable taxes (including GST at 18% under SAC 998314 — Management Consulting Services) will be charged as per Indian tax regulations. For international clients, services may be exported under Letter of Undertaking (LUT) with zero-rated GST, where applicable.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and design — is the property of Product Growth AI or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.
You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform. You agree not to:
The Platform integrates with and links to third-party services including Razorpay, Google APIs, Supabase, Anthropic (Claude), ElevenLabs, Simli, and Netlify. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, practices, or policies of any third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Product Growth AI, its owner, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, seated in Bengaluru.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
