Email marketing priced in rupees, with WhatsApp and SMS add-ons and the Zoho CRM link
Zoho Campaigns is the cheapest serious email marketing tool with rupee billing: free up to 2,000 contacts, then ₹180 a month for 500 contacts on Standard with unlimited sends. If your CRM is Zoho, the sync is native. It is a broadcast-and-automation tool for lists, not an event-driven messaging platform; product-triggered journeys belong in Customer.io or MoEngage.

Zoho Campaigns is the email marketing product in the Zoho suite. You import or sync contacts (from Zoho CRM, Shopify, a form or a CSV), build emails in a drag-and-drop editor, send campaigns and run automation workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, purchase follow-up). Pricing is by contact tier, starting at 500 contacts, with unlimited emails on paid plans and WhatsApp, SMS and dedicated-IP add-ons.
It is built and priced for Indian small businesses as much as for anyone: the pricing page shows rupee prices when you pick INR, GST is added on the invoice, and support is in Indian hours. The trade-off is depth: segmentation and workflows are simpler than Klaviyo or Customer.io.

In the order a small team would do them.
The default view may show USD; the rupee price is lower than a card conversion of the dollar price.
Add the SPF and DKIM records Zoho gives you before the first send; unauthenticated mail lands in Gmail's spam folder in India as everywhere.
Keep the source and date for each contact; DPDP rules and Zoho's own anti-spam policy both expect it.
Sync leads and customers so segments update themselves instead of by CSV.
Those two cover most of the value of automation for a small list; add cart abandonment on Professional if you sell online.
