Freshworks buys Israel-based AI startup Robusta Dev for Freshservice

Freshworks has acquired Israel-based AI startup Robusta Dev for an undisclosed amount. The deal adds AI-powered incident investigation to its IT service management platform Freshservice. Robusta uses AI agents to diagnose outages and recommend corrective actions. Freshworks plans to integrate the technology, with engineers able to approve changes before they reach live systems.
